You can cancel your subscription at any time in your TrackStatsElite account. Once you have cancelled your subscription, no further payments will be taken and you will continue to receive the services provided by your plan until the renewal date of your plan.
No refunds are automatically issued for cancelled subscriptions, but you can request a refund if you are cancelling your plan, and iShop may at our discretion provide a partial refund for the time outstanding on your subscription.
All accounts come with a free trial. You can cancel your plan at any point during the trial and will not be charged. If you cancel your plan during the trial, you can continue to use the service for the remaining time on your trial.
We also offer a money back guantee for the first 5 days after your plan has commenced after your trial. If, during this period, you aren't satisfied with our product, you can cancel and request a full refund.
